I am committed to providing high-quality mental health counseling to adolescents and adults who are seeking healthier coping strategies, deeper self-awareness, and meaningful support. I believe that the heart of effective therapy lies in a strong client-therapist relationship—one rooted in trust, honesty, unconditional support, and genuine attunement. This foundation creates a safe space for healing, growth, and lasting change.

I’ll walk beside you with empathy and encouragement, but I’ll also hold you accountable to your goals and your own potential. Together, we’ll explore what’s not working, build on your strengths, and create sustainable change that aligns with the life you want to live utiziling evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs.
